I replaced some of the grills parts because I loved the rotisserie grilling. At about 15 years of age, the Napoleon needed a complete overhaul. I went to Grillers hall of fame, as they advertised "pick up and rebuild"! Well, the first year I called, they didn't respond. The second year they said they would respond. the Third year I went to Grillers hall of "shame" and personally talked to the owner for an hour or so. He wrote down my info, and never called back. Service? It's what a bull does for a cow, in this place! | |||
