400 - 600 square inches of cooking surface and 125 square inch warming rack with 37,500 - 62,000 BTUs of raw cooking power, The Vermont Signature series smokes rings around the cheaper earlier made versions once offered at Home Depot stores. Comes with Black Porcelain Coated cast iron end caps, Porcelain or stainless steel hood (model 3007 and up). Heavier cast iron cooking grids, stainless steel sear plates, electronic ignition and 3 piece cabinet construction that the big box models don't have. The 2003/07/08 models are well worth the extra money to upgrade to a quality gas BBQ.
Just 699.99 in our showroom for the model 3007. Models 3008 start at $799.00. Upgraded 4007 and 5007 models come with back-lite knobs, free grill cover and built-in light. Side burners are standard on all 4007 and 5007 models as they are on the 2008 models. 2009 models reflect changes to cabinet. 2009 models will not be stocked until later in the 2009 season. We also offer assembly and delivery on all our grills. Prices start at $95.00 for A & D., depending on distance required for delivery. Note 2009: Vermont Casting's grills are no longer available in Home Depot stores as of Spring 2006. All 2008 and 2009 models of the Vermont Casting's grill are now made in China. With this in mind, and the need for some consumers need to support American and Canadian made grills, we still have a few 2007 models available in limited quantities in two of three previously produced sizes. They are models 5007 and 3507 in LP gas. The 4007 is available in natural gas only.
The Good News may be that Vermont Castings is back in the hands of an American company and that the quality of the imported models is very close to the quality of their previously North American units. Warranties honored for all models sold this year by Monessen Hearth Products.
