Here's how: Have your brand and model number handy prior to writing or phoning. That's important. If you don't still have your manual, look at the outside control panel or casting and determine what brand or who made the grill. Then measure the part side to side and back to back, whether it be for burners or cooking/coal/grates. We also stock valves, control knobs an odds and ends.
